To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. We handle all returns and refunds with care and aim to process them quickly. You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, we’ll cover the return shipping for you.
